Privacy Notice

This notice explains which data is processed when you visit this website, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies. There are no third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics. The only cookie used is the session cookie created when signing in to the administration panel; it is strictly necessary for the site to function and does not concern visitors. This is why the site has no cookie consent banner.

Data we process

Setting no cookies does not mean no personal data is processed. Three items are:

• Server access logs. The web server records the IP address, timestamp and requested path of every request. An IP address counts as personal data. These logs are kept for security and fault diagnosis and are deleted automatically after 8 weeks.
• Rate limiting. To prevent abuse of the forms, your IP address is evaluated in memory, momentarily. It is never written to the database or stored persistently.
• Anonymous visit statistics. To measure how often pages are viewed, a random session identifier is generated in your browser and held only in sessionStorage — it is erased when you close the tab. This identifier cannot be linked to a person, and raw IP addresses are not stored alongside these statistics. Records are deleted after 12 months.

Form data

The name, company, email, phone and message you provide in the contact and quote forms are processed in order to assess your enquiry and reply to you. This data is not used for commercial electronic messaging and is not shared with third parties.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to processing. Please direct such requests to the address on the contact page.
